Abstract

This report investigates fractional-order modeling techniques for identifying the dynamic behavior of a rotary inverted pendulum. The methodology involves parameter estimation using fractional calculus, followed by experimental validation. Results suggest that fractional-order models can capture system dynamics more accurately than traditional integer-order approaches.
